Two New Houses

This project includes the design and construction of two new 4-bedroom dwellings in place of an existing house on a site in Backwell, North Somerset.

The client approached us to redesign the proposals prepared by his previous architect, obtain an amended planning approval, discharge the planning conditions and prepare a set of construction drawings for the project.

The revised design combines a traditional design with high quality materials and contemporary detailing to provide two stylish and attractive family homes.
