Working alongside a repeat client, we prepared drawings for a two-bedroom, two-storey house on a corner plot in Yatton.
The house needed to be in keeping with the neighbouring terrace, whilst maximising use of the constrained plot and adhering to the Nationally Described Space Standards.
The project is currently pending planning, and if approved will be constructed early next year.
