Single Storey Side Extension

This project was for a single-storey side extension to form a store and living space.

As part of the project, the original conservatory was demolished along with the existing carport and store. The existing conservatory projected into the garden creating a division, so the client wanted to remove this and utilise the disused area at the side of the house whilst maximising the garden space.

The client wanted to add a modern extension to their 1960s home including re-landscaping the garden to create areas to enjoy the sunshine with their family and friends.

The end product is a contemporary extension finished in high-quality materials which has transformed the house while increasing the garden space.
