Cottage Extension & Renovation

This project was for a large single storey side and rear extension and a two-storey rear extension to an existing cottage. The cottage was in a Conservation area and Green Belt, so the extensions needed to be carefully designed.

The extensions provided a cinema room, Kitchen/Dining Room, Guest Bedroom & En-Suite, with two additional bedrooms and a Shower Room created in the new extension at first floor level.

The original cottage dated back to the post medieval period and full of character. The cottage was in much need of renovation; however, the client was keen to maintain as much of the original as possible.
